Nacho Cheese Dip With Peppers

I was feeling inspired lately and decided to utilize the hot sauce I got from Danny Trejo last month (Recap post here!) to create this cheese dip, using ingredients from Milk and Eggs!

Nacho bCheese Dip With Peppers

You will need:
16 ounces American cheese
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
½ red pepper, diced
½ green pepper, diced
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 tablespoon hot sauce

Prep time: 30 minutes. Serves 5+.

 

1. Place cheese, milk, and butter into a saucepan over low heat.  Stir frequently until the cheese has melted.

2. Stir in the peppers and seasonings, and add more milk if needed.

3. Add in hot sauce and stir.  Heat through and serve with chips and guacamole.
