I could not believe how fast the year has come and gone! Happy 2023 to everyone! Here is my recap of the last few months of 2022!
1) Vitacane Juicery (Rosemead, CA) - @calvindhang
Vitacane Juicery recently opened a new location in Cerritos. As someone who is already a big fan of their sugarcane juices and acai bowls, I was excited to help promote it. I tried some of their popular items, like the Strawberry Peach Blast and BYOB Acai Bowl. Everything was so refreshing!
2) Main Chick (Pasadena, CA)
Main Chick invited me to stop by and have a complimentary meal. I remember trying out their food from a 626 Night Market preview a few years ago, and have been impressed with how fast they have grown. I got to try a few of their popular combinations and everything was very spicy! Shown here are the Combo #1, Mac and Cheese, and Combo #5.
Other Events/Collaborations:
True Salt reached out to me to try their natural sea salt products and they gave me a sample box of their products. I made some Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta and seasoned my dish using the Smoked Sea Salt. I was impressed with the variety of their products and different possibilities!
Line Friends wanted to share with me about a collaboration between the BT21 collection and A-sha Dry Noodle. They sent me an A-Sha BT21 Noodle Bundle, a BT21 Apron, and BT21 Potholder. It was so fun and easy to make the noodles and I enjoyed the variety of sauce options from these products, including the BT21 Sauce, Galaxy Spicy Sauce, and Dream Team Scallion Sauce.
I had the opportunity to work with Calajo Catering a few more times as well as do a shoot for Randy’s Donuts. I also did some fun shoots for Ono Hawaiian BBQ!
