Last month, Chef'd shut down its operations but prior to that, I had purchased my meals from a credit they gave me from the previous collaboration here. While Chef'd is no longer in business, I have truly enjoyed the meal kit concept so far, and have appreciated the fact that meal kits would be a great alternative to dining out or ordering food from restaurants. It has been fun challenging myself to cook cuisines I had never tried cooking before. See my photos below for Lamb Curry and Turmeric Rice. Indian food is one of my favorite cuisines and this turned out so amazing! I saw that Chef'd's website was still up and running, so I would browse just for inspiration and ideas!
